Place 26 letters or beginning sound pictures in 26 eggs and hide them around the room. Or you can hide them on the playground. Give each child some type of bag to collect the eggs. Once all the eggs have been collected come back to the carpet. The children will open their egg and match the letter to the classroom alphabet chart.

Or have the children put the letters in order. If you are working on identifying letter & order of the alphabet.

Have fun learning!
